Masa Tachibana

Masa Tachibana was born in Tokyo and raised in Toyota city in Aichi Pref. He graduated Kogakuin Univ. in Tokyo with a degree in Industrial Chemistry. After he moved to Hawaii in 1983, he also graduated Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in Business Management. Masa worked in retail business giving him great experiences as a General Manager for over 20 years.
From those 20+ years he found that sales is not just sell. He learned most important fact is how much we can satisfy our customers. Having a good communication and establishing a trusting relationship with them is his mission. He believes that his sales experiences in retail business help him to provide his clients best services.
