However, a common two-bedroom apartment typically ranges from 800 to 950 square feet and a home on the larger side is around 2500 interior square feet. Neighborhoods like Nuuanu, Manoa and Makiki have older style homes built in the 1930s and 40s, while Salt Lake is mostly condominiums.
