Prices are up for single-family homes and condominiums across Oahu. In the three-month period ending on February 2015, the Oahu single-family home median price was up 5.3% to $689,900 from the same period last year. The median condo price rose 7.2% to $370,000. Areas that saw an increase in single-family home prices are Ewa (14.1%) and Manoa (14.6%). The market is continuing to move upward at a reasonable and sustainable pace. Compared to last year, the number of single-family home resales is down 2.2%, and condo resales are also down 0.3%. The condo markets that continue to show increases in median price include Diamond Head-Kahala, Kailua, Mililani and Waikiki.
