Increase in Oahu Home Prices

Currently 1 in 5 single family home sales are being bid-up and 1 in 10 condominium sales are bid-up. But as we know, each neighborhood has it's own level of supply and demand. A neighborhood such as Ewa for example is experiencing very high demand which means that 1 in 3 single family home sales are being bid-up. The bottom line: increased competition and in some cases an increase in price.
