The Central Ala Moana Prices & Floor Plans

The Central Ala Moana will be the second Honolulu condominium developed by SamKoo Hawaii. The project will be built on a prime location right across from Ala Moana Shopping Center and close proximity to the last stop of the rail line. The site is located at 1391 Kapiolani Blvd. which is currently occupied by the Kapiolani Residence sales office and Taste Tea.

The Central Ala Moana will be 43 stories high and offer 512 Fee Simple units consisting of studios, one, two, and three bedrooms. One big attraction to this building is that 60% (310 units) of the project will be affordable with prices projected to start in the high $200K’s. Unit sizes will range from 389 square feet for studios to over 1,500 square feet for three bedrooms. Kapiolani Residence, SamKoo Hawaii’s first condominium is near completion and is projected to have residents move in at the end of the year or beginning of 2019. The first project sold out in about a week due to its attractive prices. The Central Ala Moana is expected to have similar results and interest from the public albeit prices will be slightly higher due to a more desirable location and higher quality finishes. Similar to Kapiolani Residence, a few commercial units will be located on the ground level of the project. An amenity floor is planned for the project and will feature a pool, cabanas, and a fitness room. 

Sales for The Central Ala Moana are expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2018. Applications are currently available for affordable buyers at the Central Ala Moana’s Sales Gallery. The deadline for affordable unit applications to be sumbitted to the Sales Gallery is January 14, 2019 at 5pm.

The deadline to submit a completed qualified resident affidavit for market units is December 11, 2018. Unit selection will be on a first come, first serve basis via online registration.
