The Symphony is About to Begin!

A new addition to the Honolulu skyline may be music to your ears. The Symphony Honolulu at 888 Kapiolani Boulevard is a new urban high rise condominium by Oliver McMillan, the same developer behind the Pacifica Honolulu. This condominium project will be mauka of the up and coming Kakaako developments, at the corner of Ward Ave. and Kapiolani Blvd. across from the Neal Blaisdell Center. Many of the pedestrian-friendly elements which are being planned in the Kakaako area will also be incorporated which includes easy access to lower level retail shops and open space.

The Symphony Honolulu will consist of a total of 388 units, 288 being sold as market units and 100 which will be reserve units subject to HCDA affordability guidelines. There will be a mix of one, two and three bedroom units with the following proposed sizes:

One Bedroom, One Bath units will be approximately 672 sf
Two Bedroom, Two Bath units will be between 922 and 1,270 sf
Three Bedroom, Two Bath units will be approximately 1,520 sf

Amenities will include:

•Private movie theatre & multi-media rooms
•Social dining room with catering kitchen
•Infinity-edge pool and Jacuzzi spa
•Entertainment cabanas
•Shaded lounges and barbeque dining stations
•Owner’s storage and surfboard area
•Guest suites

The commercial units will consist of an auto showroom and service facilities, offices, restaurants and retail stores.

Some of the green features include:
•PV solar panels
•Electric charging stations in the garage
•Water efficient landscaping
•Gray water reclamation
