Vida at 888 Ala Moana

Vida at 888 Ala Moana will be a new ultra-luxury condominium high-rise on a 3.5-acre site in Honolulu which is currently occupied by Cutter Mazda on Ala Moana Blvd.  Vida is one of two luxury mixed-use developments by the Koyabashi Group and The MacNaughton Group planned on the 6 acres they purchased from Kamehameha Schools. They just received approval by the neighborhood board this week and are seeking approval from the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA).

The Vida will have 38 floors with 265 two- and three-bedroom units designed by Arquitectonica of Los Angeles and Honolulu-based Ben Woo Architects.  Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2014 with completion in 2016.

Prices are not yet available but would be comparable to that of One Ala Moana.
